The JULY 2018 Noe Valley real estate market resulted in a number of single-family homes on market despite the mid-summer season with a count of 24 compared to 14 homes one year ago. The median price of single-family homes was $1,900,000 (mainly due to the number of smaller 1-2 bedroom and fixer-upper homes on market) compared to $2,020,000 one year ago, $1,708,000 five years ago, and $1,712,500 ten years ago—a 10.95% increase in median price.
