As the autumn selling season begins, Noe Valley’s real estate inventory increased significantly. As of SEP 30, there were 25 Active SFHs (single-family homes), and 9 SFHs in contract. SEP 2018 median price of single-family homes was $1,625,000 compared to $1,740,000 one year ago, $1,400,000 five years ago, and $1064,000 ten years ago—a 52.73% increase in median price.
